When it comes to childcare, you have options… but only one of them brings the world into your home. An au pair is more than a caregiver, they become part of the family. Unlike daycare, where your child is one of many, or a live-in nanny who’s focused primarily on a job, an au pair offers something wonderfully unique: genuine cultural exchange. I support both host families and au pairs, mentoring and mediating throughout their cultural exchange. I represent the program at the community level.
